Initial Session
During your initial visit, we will take the time to thoroughly discuss your concerns regarding hormonal changes and challenges. Together, we will determine the appropriate lab tests to conduct and outline a personalized plan with practical, achievable recommendations that you can begin implementing right away.
Follow Up Plan
During your first follow-up, we will present a comprehensive plan to address your hormonal health and regularly monitor your progress. These plans typically range from 3 to 6 months, depending on your individual needs and progress. The plan will include biweekly or monthly check-ins, updated lab work, revised nutritional recommendations, and any additional resources we may suggest to support your journey.
Ongoing Care
Once you have completed your established plan and are in a stable, healthy place, you may choose to check in on an as-needed basis. Rest assured, you are never alone in this journey.
