Dr. Kiersten Lindelef


Dr. Kiersten Lindelef graduated from New York Chiropractic College and practiced in a multi-disciplinary clinic in Midtown Manhattan before moving home to the Seattle area. She is dedicated to helping her patients reach optimal health by combining Chiropractic care, manual therapy techniques and nutritional therapy. She has a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition and is certified in Active Release Technique and Graston, allowing her to treat her patients in a varied and well-rounded approach. She strives to empower each of her patients to restore balance and health to their busy lives.

Dr. Lindelef enjoys donating her time and skills to serve people who may not normally have access to chiropractic care by connecting with local women’s shelters and veteran organizations. She also works with various local athletic teams. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, biking, yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
